Four easy steps to ending squeaks

From underside of floor, locate vicinity of squeak. Inset hanger bolt with head in concave of anchor plate. Position plate against joist.

Screw anchor plate to floor, touching nearest joint in general area of squeak.

Slip joist bracket over joist and hanger bolt.

Install washer and hand tighten hex nut with wrench until squeaking stops. Be sure not to over tighten.
